Mai Custom Creations LLC was established in 2021 with one mission: to bring a high-quality custom t-shirts and party favors to the New Orleans area. Our passion for excellence inspired us in the beginning and continues to drive us today. Mai Custom Creations LLC, is a Small Black-Owned Business located in the New Orleans area. The owner, Ronnetta Shallerhorn, is a New Orleans native and has been creating unique crafts since 2017. She started out with various DIY-projects for personal use, which progressed to customizing t-shirts for family and friends. She converted her hobby into a business in 2021, and began to offer sublimation printing on various items, as well as themed party favors. In upcoming years, she plans to expand her product offerings, and become a "One Stop Shop" for all of your party needs.

REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, nor do we issue refunds.

A non-refundable deposit is required for any item that is created digitally, and the remaining balance is due once the proof is approved. Please be sure to carefully review proofs during the approval process. Orders will be printed and completed once approved. We will not remake any orders once they're completed.

Physical items require full payment one week prior to completion. Non-refundable deposits are accepted on orders to hold future dates. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on these items.

Mai Custom Creations LLC is not responsible for orders once the items are no longer in our possession. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns regarding your order.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
Why is there a no refund policy?

All products are made to order to suit each individual customers' needs. Due to the personalized nature, most items cannot be sold to other customers. Once the layout is approved and the balance is paid, the sale is finalized.
How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
